Burgers are fantastic, fries are always hot and fresh. Best sweet tea and chocolate malts I've found to date!

Place is disgusting. Went through drive thru and the yound lady had on NO GLOVES but was handling hot food and cash. The chili cheese fries were nasty. Fries cooked in old grease, chili tasted like out of a can and cold. Plus the cheese wasn't even melted a waste of $4. I was extremely disappointed for what we paid. Go elsewhere

Awesome food and great customer service. It is a drive through on both sides but I am not sure if they have indoor seating. But the Cucumber sandwich is awesome and great for a diabetic person. Im so happy to have your store in our community

Burger was like a leftover from Rally's. Some older white guy was in there out of uniform ordering people around. It wouldn't surprise me if it was a health inspector but may have been a manager. He was mean and I'd hate to have been that young girl at the window. Bad experience while visit family overall. Won't go back.

Always fast service. Not sure I've ever gotten a mistake from there before, it's especially helpful when I'm buying food for other people. Good quality hamburger, love their French fries. Employees are always friendly and give you the right change. It's almost as if they could count with out the machine...lol. always much faster than going to their competition across the street, it's also nice to buy local instead of from a giant heartless corporation.

I already called and complained to management about them not wearing gloves and apparently it is just too much trouble for this group of people to give me the courtesy of not handling my money and my food with the same unwashed and ungloved hands.

When McHugh’s does their burgers right, it’s amazing and the best in Charleston however they’ve been going downhill these past few years. I can handle cold fries and the occasional mix up when they add something that you specifically asked not to add, no problem. My problem is when I go to eat my bacon cheeseburger and the bacon is barely cooked and still can be classified as raw, being pregnant I’m not a happy camper. My family has been customers since I was a little thing but after the second time this has happened in the past two months, I won’t go back until something changes and they get their act together.

I get food from the Charleston location once a week and they seem to mess up the order every time. This time ordered a fish sandwich and received a chicken sandwich. Order at your own risk.

GREAT FOOD, REASONABLY PRICED, don't expect napkins or ketchup because they seem to not give it put handily. Besides that a wonderful place.

Like all fast food restaurants, this place is going down hill. Asked for three double burgers only got three singles. Is this McDonald’s. Won’t be back!

Had a very large order. Lady behind counter was not friendly at all. Did not say thank you once. Also messed up order, leaving out one thing. Burgers were sloppily made and thrown together. Pictures attached.

Amazing service every time. I always get compliments on my hair or makeup when I go through the drive thru! Very nice people every time. I ordered a salad for the first time today from them and it’s really good! A good sized salad that’s not too expensive. Mc Hugh’s is honestly my favorite fast food place in Charleston.

Per usual, our food was prepared in a timely manner. Nice and hot!! And they got our special orders right. The staff is always nice and friendly:) I really appreciate the kind voice coming through the speaker.

Not the most consistently good food, but it is always better then it's neighbor. The prices are good (especially the after 4 special) and the service is almost always quick and friendly. Not much more could be asked of a fast food joint.

The Bacon Cheeseburger were good and the cheese fries were decent and the staff is nice here. We will be back again soon. I would recommend this place to you guys.

Worst chili cheese dog ever. Chili to soupy. If I wanted soup on my dog I would have ordered soup and sandwich.

There fish sandwich is the best there is. I love it when they have there 2 for $5 deal.

Best restaurant with a double drive thru I've ever been to!

I'll give it to em, they are fast... BUTT I spent almost $7 for a burger that was stone cold and stale and a Coke that was flat and tastes like they haven't cleaned their drink dispensers in years. I am very unhappy with this place.

Won't be going back. Used to be my favorite food and reasonably priced- Now there was a huge price increase and my food was cold. I can pay the same at a sit down restaurant and get better food. Extremely disappointed!
